Relationships & sexuality

All relationships face challenges.

This might be miscommunications, stagnation, a lack of togetherness and intimacy or sexual connection.

Couples may find themselves growing apart or feeling like they are living with a stranger. Sometimes, the stranger is themself. Sometimes unresolved conflicts, perhaps long-term ones, have become a big hurdle to the relationship.

I work with couples, polycules and people who want to open their relationship.  I help you explore what might be happening in your relationship, navigate through challenges, and deepen connections, if that is what is sought. Sometimes,  therapy may be about working towards a healthy separation.

Whether preparing for living together, navigating separation, or making other relationship decisions, therapy can help you find ways to move forward with confidence and clarity. I can work with you individually or with you and your partner/s.

I work closely with the LGBTQ+ community and bring a Gender, Sexuality, Erotic and Relational Diversity (GSERD) sensibility to my work.
